Duties may include: 

·         Assist clients with environmental health & safety (EH&S) training and consulting needs

·         Responsible for providing and updating existing EH&S training programs, and assisting clients with regulatory needs.

·         Assist a wide array of clients ranging from private owned small businesses to governmental agencies, in ensuring their staff has the required training and they are maintaining compliance with mandated environmental programs

Projects may include:                 

·         On-site health & safety training at client facilities throughout California

Technical Duties may include:

·         Reviewing, revising and updating health & safety training programs

Mid-Level Environmental Health & Safety Specialist - Folsom, California – Full time (Job Posting ID # ML0408)

We are looking for a Mid-Level Environmental Health & Safety Specialist. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a technical aptitude and be computer literate, energetic, self-motivated, and dependable; teams oriented and maintain a professional appearance. Position requires BS degree, 1-10 years experience. EH&S professional certification, project management, and business development skills.  Travel and background check to include a clean driving record required.

Fieldwork may include:

  • To assist project/client managers by performing technical project tasks that include fieldwork
  • Conducting research/assessments
  • Environmental and Industrial Hygiene monitoring by collecting samples or operating direct read instruments as well as collecting air/wipe/bulk samples for analysis
